Why a Survey?

The purpose of this site is to shine a bright light on those areas in Canadian legislation and practice that currently are inadequate for protecting large numbers of Canadian citizens from employers who bully their staff.

The purpose includes bringing about changes in the Federal Public Sector Labour Relations and Employment Board, necessary for realistic protection and support of federal employees – essentially the Rule of Law, the basis of Canada’s legal system – must be strictly and therefore fairly applied.

It includes making changes to Workers’ Compensation Board regulations that do not accept “bullying by an employer” as a compensable cause of mental health injuries, including Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder.
